1. Informational & Educational Reference Only

All exchange rates, calculations, spread analysis tools, and central bank RSS data presented on Findershowscop are provided exclusively for general informational, educational, and reference purposes.

Findershowscop is not a licensed financial brokerage, commercial bank, money transmitter, or investment advisor. Displayed exchange rates do not constitute official binding quotes, financial advice, or solicitation to buy or sell foreign currencies.

2. Accuracy & RSS Central Bank Feeds

Findershowscop ingests reference exchange rates directly from official public central bank feeds (e.g. European Central Bank, Monetary Authority of Singapore, Bank of England). While we endeavor to maintain real-time XML synchronization:

1. No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Connection: Feed latency, central bank maintenance windows, or internet routing delays may occasionally disrupt live feed updates.
2. Mid-Market Baseline Rates: Displayed values reflect mid-market baseline exchange rates. Commercial banks and retail exchange kiosks add transaction fees and custom markup spreads.
3. No Liability for Trading Decisions: Findershowscop accepts no responsibility or legal liability for financial transactions, wire transfers, or currency hedges executed on third-party platforms based on our figures.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, custom user interface elements, graphic banners, logos, brand emblems, CSS stylesheets, and calculation algorithm scripts available on Findershowscop.asia are the exclusive intellectual property of Findershowscop and protected by international copyright laws.

4. Permitted Use & Automated Scraping Limits

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our tools for personal or internal enterprise calculations. You expressly agree not to:

1. Launch automated denial-of-service or high-frequency scraping requests that exceed normal human browsing parameters and impair service availability for other users.
2. Framing or embedding our conversion engines inside external commercial software without explicit written authorization from Findershowscop.
3. Attempting to alter, bypass, or reverse engineer client-side local storage or calculation engines.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Findershowscop, its officers, employees, and data partners shall not be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your reliance on rates or market information provided on the platform.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.
